Does Burnstine's Distributing only sell the products that are on this website?

No. We sell thousands of different products. We listen to our customers needs and are constantly adding new products to our current offering.  We carry a variety of products that are mainly sold into the RV, Manufactured Housing and Specialty Vehicle markets. If you do not see a product on the website that you need, chances are we either carry that product or have access to purchase it for you. Contact a customer service representative for more information at (574) 848-1118.

How do I place an order with Burnstine’s?

You may place an order online. If you are looking for something that is not on our site please contact our friendly customer service department at (574) 848-1118. Please note we no longer ship to Canada. 

How do I receive wholesale pricing with Burnstine’s?

To begin purchasing products on a wholesale level with Burnstine’s you must be a qualifying business (with the proper documentation) who provides products or vehicles to the RV, Manufactured Housing, Marine or Specialty Vehicle Markets.  You may apply for wholesale pricing by contacting us directly at (574) 848-1118. Other markets may also be considered; simply contact an inside customer service representative for more information. 

What forms of payment does Burnstine's accept?

We accept Credit Cards - MasterCard, Visa and Discover. 

What are Burnstine’s business hours?

Burnstine's Distributing customer service department is open from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. You may contact us at (574) 848-1118. We will attempt to ship all “in stock” orders by the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order stating that we have received your order. We will send another email with a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipment. 

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Burnstine’s is not liable for damage or loss in transit.  Note: damages may occur without any obvious damage to the packaging (concealed damage).  Open and examine all products prior to taking receipt of the shipment.  In the event that a product is damaged in shipping it must be noted with the carrier prior to taking acceptance of the product.  Claims are to be made by the consignee directly to the delivery carrier.  The product and all packing materials should be retained by the customer until the claim is resolved.

What is Burnstine’s return policy?

Burnstine's is a distributor and does not specifically warranty the products we sell.  We will assist you in return process by working directly the manufacturer; however, we cannot guarantee warranty reimbursement. In addition, Burnstine's Distributing does not reimburse for labor charge-backs. Therefore, we suggest contacting your customer service representative or referring to your catalog for further information. 

Does Burnstine’s provide warehousing services?

Yes, Burnstine’s provides warehousing services for companies that are located outside of the Elkhart area.  We have the capability to store, handle, and deliver other companies' products locally. We are also able to ship these products via common carrier or UPS  outside of our local delivery area via common carrier. 

Does Burnstine’s deliver to Elkhart and the surrounding areas?

Yes, Burnstine’s has a fleet of trucks to accommodate any size shipment to North Central Indiana and the surrounding area. Additional delivery points may be offered based on the season and size of order.  

Does Burnstine’s still sell glass and mirrors?  Also, can they cut, polish and provide additional services on made-to-order glass and mirror pieces?

The answer to both questions is yes. Burnstine’s has sold glass and mirrors to the various industries that we service for over 60+ years. We supply anything from plain glass and mirror to decorative pieces that have v-grooves, bevels, polished edges, screen printed designs, etc.   We can cut and polish smaller orders in house or we can order customized pieces in larger quantities as requested.   For more information or to request a quote, contact your customer service representative at (574) 848-1118.
